About (Welcome!)

Currently on a path I could have never even begun to predict. Leaving behind  the resistance and learning to embrace whatever the present moment is.  I have been on a roller coaster ride that has explored all ends of the spectrum of healthcare, healing and overall life!  I guess it’s time to share my experience. Check out the Full Journey here.

I don’t particularly like the publicity and the vulnerability of posting stuff on the internet. I deleted my Facebook. I don’t have Twitter. I don’t keep my LinkedIn updated.  But there have been enough blogs that have inspired me.  People who healed themselves. Great Food Recipes. New research and information on “dis-eases.” Funny stories. Good Book Recommendations. The List Goes On.   So it’s time for me to do my fair share. I have been through a lot, learned a lot, researched a lot, experienced a lot. If this benefits one person,  I guess I have done my job.

So this is for everyone! For those who have temporarily misplaced their health, for those who simply want to expand their knowledge base, for new food ideas, wellness ideas, or maybe a simple dose of inspiration. Look around and explore whatever suits you. Choose from the posts on the side. Informational pages are on the top.

As my tea bag tag said: “To learn, read. To know, write. To master, teach.”  I guess it’s clearly time to start this blog.  All is well.

  1. Hey there! I am really enjoying your blog! I am also using the DNRS. I am in Massachusetts and have recently been looking for a new doctor to work with. I was wondering if you had any suggestions? Thank you!!
